  • If you received a letter from Arra Finance without having an account with Arra Finance, it is likely that the letter is the result of a recent application for financing of a motor vehicle through a dealership.  Arra Finance may have been one of the potential financing providers that considered your application and as such, Arra Finance is obliged to send you the notification received.  For more information, please refer to the instructions in the letter.  If the letter refers to a different matter, please call us at 844-973-4900 for further assistance.

  • MyAccount is a secure online portal that provides 24/7 access to your Arra Finance account.  You can log in at any time using a computer, tablet, or other mobile device to make payments, set up email notifications, and more.  If you don’t have a login yet, register today at myaccount-ssi.arrafinance.com

  • Yes, providing you have internet access.  Once registered, you can use the same credentials to access from a computer, tablet, or other mobile device.

  • Just visit myaccount-ssi.arrafinance.com and click on Create a Login.  You will need to provide basic account information and create a UserID and Password.  Have your Arra Finance Account Number, the last four digits of the primary account holder’s SSN, and the e-mail address associated with the account available to assist you.

  • Common errors include:

    1. Account Number – do not use “1001” at the end of the account number and

    2. SSN – the last four digits of the primary account holder’s SSN should be used.  For any other errors, give us a call at 1-844-973-4900 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

  • Yes, you can choose any username.
    Tip: Email address can be used as a username.

  • Links will allow you to select Forgot Password or have the UserID sent to the email we have on file for you.

  • Yes.

  • Yes.

  • We can take payments from your checking account, savings account, or debit card.

  • Payments made by 7:00 p.m. CT will post by 8:00 p.m. CT on the same business day.  Payments made after 7:00 p.m. CT will post on the following business day.

  • Email confirmations are sent to the email address registered when submitting the payment online.  Payments made before 7:00pm CT will be reflected in the Payment History by the end of the same business day (after 8:00pm CT). Payments made after 7:00pm CT will be reflected in the Payment History by the end of the next business day (after 8:00pm CT).

  • Yes. The online payment portal allows you to set up reoccurring automated payments on or before your statement due date.

  • Logging into your account at  myaccount-ssi.arrafinance.com and making a payment online is the fastest way to make a payment.

  • Yes, once you are logged in, payoff quotes can be viewed on the Payoff Calendar tab and using a calendar to select the specific date for which a payoff quote is requested.

  • Arra Finance requires two forms of identification to support the name change (i.e. marriage certificate, driver’s license, passport, part of a divorce decree, etc.).  Please email the documents along with your account number to CustomerSatisfaction@arrafinance.com.

  • Please call us at 844-973-4900 and speak to a customer service representative or email us at CustomerSatisfaction@arrafinance.com.  Arra Finance may request that you provide proof of the new address in the form of a utility bill or other document.

  • Arra Finance does not currently offer vehicle refinancing.

  • Arra Finance does allow a customer to change their due date, please contact us at 844-973-4900 and a representative will be able to answer any questions, check eligibility, and assist you with this request.

  • Arra Finance does allow payment extensions, please contact us at 844-973-4900 and a representative will be able to answer any questions, check eligibility, and assist you with this request.

  • The extension of a payment, or multiple payments, will impact the original term documented in your contract.  For instance, if your original term is 72-Months and you receive a two-month extension, your contract term will now expire at the end of month 74, not month 72.  Also note that an extension does not modify any of the other terms and provisions of your contract, which remain in full force and effect.

  • This will vary from state to state, please contact us at 844-973-4900 to confirm if an agreement is required.

  • Yes. An extension agreement from Arra Finance will expire three (3) days from the Date of the Agreement.  If you do not return the signed agreement within this period, the extension will not be processed.

  • Interest will continue to accrue daily on the outstanding principal balance during the payment extension period.  This may result in a larger final payment than what is noted in your contract.

  • Yes.  Extending your payments does not include an extension of insurance and/or GAP coverage.  Insurance and/or GAP coverage will be subject to the Insurance and/or GAP Contract you signed if these products were purchased.

  • We encourage you to inquire with your dealer and/or GAP coverage provider to determine if it is possible to extend the coverage.

  • To update or change your insurance policy information, please call 844-973-4900 or send proof of insurance via email CustomerSatisfaction@arrafinance.com

  • You are required to have insurance that covers both comprehensive and collision with a deductible for each that does not exceed the deductible specified on your Agreement to Provide Insurance, unless otherwise agreed to and documented by Arra Finance.

  • Payoff checks can be sent to: Arra Finance, P.O. Box 732695, Dallas, TX 75373-2695.

  • The certificate of title or lien satisfaction will be issued to the authorized party (the person or entity who paid off the account) in accordance with state regulations, once the payoff is recorded and the account is fully settled.

  • Arra Finance is committed to protecting your personal and financial information.  If you suspect that someone has access to your account without authorization, please contact us immediately at 844-973-4900.

  • Your Arra Finance account number can be found in the top section of your monthly statement.  You can also contact us at 844-973-4900 for assistance in obtaining your account number.

  • For assistance with insurance claims, please call 844-973-4900.  Be sure you have the following documents available:

    1. a copy of the insurance estimates including the name and phone number of the adjuster;

    2. the date of the incident/loss;

    3. photos of the vehicle damage;

    4. any invoices from a repair shop;

    5. any proof of payment (if applicable); and

    6. photos of the repairs (if applicable).

  • Please sign the back of the check and mail it to: Arra Finance, P.O. Box 732695, Dallas, TX 75373-2695. Before we can endorse the check and forward it to the repair shop, we also need the following documents:

    1. a copy of the insurance estimates including the name and phone number of the adjuster;

    2. the date of the incident/loss;

    3. photos of the vehicle damage;

    4. any invoices from a repair shop;

    5. any proof of payment (if applicable); and

    6. photos of the repairs (if applicable). You may also email these documents to CustomerSatisfaction@arrafinance.com or contact us at 844-973-4900 for assistance.

  • Visit your local DMV or Tax Office to determine what needs to be done to register your vehicle.  As part of the registration process, you must disclose that Arra Finance is the lienholder.

  • Send all forms related to titles and registration to: Arra Finance, P.O. Box 630648, Irving, TX 75063

  • Contact the dealership where you purchased the vehicle to verify that your paperwork has been filed with the state.  Processing times can vary from state to state.

  • A reaffirmation is a voluntary agreement between you and Arra Finance to continue the repayment of your contract while in bankruptcy.

  • Continue / Resume making payments  on your contract with Arra Finance.

  • If you feel Arra Finance, or any entity for that matter, has provided incomplete or inaccurate information about your account to the credit bureau, you can submit a dispute to the Credit Reporting Agencies via their website (Equifax: https://www.equifax.com Experian: https://www.experian.com Trans Union: https://dispute.transunion.com) or by emailing CustomerSatisfaction@arrafinance.com.
