Arra Finance requires two forms of identification to support the name change (i.e. marriage certificate, driver’s license, passport, part of a divorce decree, etc.). Please email the documents along with your account number to CustomerSatisfaction@arrafinance.com.

The extension of a payment, or multiple payments, will impact the original term documented in your contract. For instance, if your original term is 72-Months and you receive a two-month extension, your contract term will now expire at the end of month 74, not month 72. Also note that an extension does not modify any of the other terms and provisions of your contract, which remain in full force and effect.

Yes. An extension agreement from Arra Finance will expire three (3) days from the Date of the Agreement. If you do not return the signed agreement within this period, the extension will not be processed.

Interest will continue to accrue daily on the outstanding principal balance during the payment extension period. This may result in a larger final payment than what is noted in your contract.

Yes. Extending your payments does not include an extension of insurance and/or GAP coverage. Insurance and/or GAP coverage will be subject to the Insurance and/or GAP Contract you signed if these products were purchased.
